Excessive worry and anxiety drain all the colour and joy from life. If we’ve grown up in a family where our parents frequently displayed fear and anxiety in the face of everyday events, we may not know any other way of coping with stress. We expect the worst in any situation, and find it impossible to relax and trust in life. Our life is dominated by anxiety and this can affect our relationships, social activities, work or school.

High levels of fear and tension create a vicious circle, leaving us vulnerable to panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive disorders and depression. It can drive us to addictions; drug abuse and alcohol.
While there are environmental and biochemical aspects to anxiety, it can be greatly helped by learning simple breathing and relaxation techniques. Self observation through Cognitive Behaviour Therapy can break the cycle of excessive worry and fear. Hypnosis is an invaluable tool in uncovering the root causes of anxiety, and the quantum healing technique, Discharge of Neural Aspects is very powerful in releasing the blockages that are held in cellular memory.
When we remove the underlying cause of a condition, it can no longer go on creating havoc in our lives; we’ve taken away the battery which “runs” our anxieties and problems. The subsequent changes in our daily lives are enormous; we regain so much energy that was formerly not available to us and we make a more dynamic connection to our true inner selves.
